Start with what you already filmed

The clip brings the motion.
You choose the change.

A video-to-video workflow starts with a take. Your references guide the new appearance; a short prompt explains what should change and what matters in the original shot.

A prompt idea for your own product clip

Replace the dropper bottle with the bottle in my reference image. Keep the bowl, table and camera movement as close to the source as possible.

This stock clip explains the input. It is not a generated example, and it is not added to your job. Upload footage you have permission to use.

Two ways into an edit

Choose what leads the change.

Both modes use your video and image references. Choose by what you want to change, then review what the model carries through.

Start with the movement

Motion Transfer

Use the movement, camera path and timing of an existing clip to guide a new character or scene from your reference images.

Best starting point
A new character performing an existing action.
What to reference
Images that define the character, outfit or visual direction.
What to review
Review identity, hands, turns and occlusion. The scene can be reinterpreted as the character changes.

Start with one change

Object Swap

Target a character, product or prop in an existing shot. Add references and describe the element you want to replace.

Best starting point
A product variation or a targeted change to a shot.
What to reference
Images of the replacement and a clear description of its role.
What to review
Review contact points, reflections and nearby details. An unchanged background is a goal, not a pixel-perfect guarantee.

A focused workflow

From a source clip to your next cut.

  1. STEP 01

    Bring a short clip

Upload one H.264 MP4 between 4 and 30 seconds. Choose footage you own or have permission to process.

The video supplies the action and camera movement.

  2. STEP 02

    Give it a direction

Add 1–8 reference images, choose a mode and describe the change. Select 480p or 720p, then review the credit quote.

Changing the clip or settings requires a new quote.

  3. STEP 03

    Generate, then review

Follow the job in your workspace. When the result is ready, inspect the full clip and download the version you want to use.

Review the result before publishing it.

Before you upload

Start simple. Inspect the details.

A clearly visible subject and a simple shot make your intention easier to communicate. Try one targeted change before combining several. Fast motion, hands, reflections and overlapping subjects deserve a closer look in the result.

Keep your original footage and soundtrack. Exact background preservation, original audio and lip synchronization are not guaranteed.

Source video
One H.264 MP4, 4–30 seconds. Longer clips must be trimmed before upload.
Reference images
1–8 images that make the replacement or visual direction clear.
Prompt
Optional, up to 10,000 characters. Name the change and your priorities.
Output choices
480p or 720p, one video per generation.
Object Swap source
At least 409,600 pixels per frame. For example, 720 × 1280 is large enough.

Seconds are alternative uses of the same credits, not an allowance at each resolution. Each clip must be 4–30 seconds; rounding and the minimum clip length can leave a balance. The full pack price is charged at checkout. Review the purchase and refund terms on the price page.

Plan your clip in credits

The same rate applies to both video modes.
